Linzy Novotny,

Born and raised in Northglenn, Colo., Linzy earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2011. Now, residing in Boulder, Colo., Linzy is earning a master’s degree in publishing from the George Washington University.

Linzy came up with the idea for Tattooed Heroine while learning the program InDesign in her Advanced Layout and Design class. She looks forward to making the magazine a reality.

Linzy enjoys visiting Australia, going to hockey games and watching cricket. She loves spending time with her blue heeler, Max.

With her bachelor’s degree in writing from the University of Pittsburgh, Laura has always had a passion for the written and spoken word.  She currently resides in a sleepy town in Bucks County, Penn.

Between the chaos of books and writing that is her life and her apartment, Laura enjoys going on road trips.  She also loves Subaru and everything Lord of the Rings a bit more than what is good for her.

Rosa Sophia,

Rosa Sophia is the author of two traditionally published mystery novels: “Taking 1960” and “Check Out Time.” She is a full-time editorial consultant, and has worked for publications such as The Bucks County Writer, Wild River Review, Sunshine Press, and Limitless Publishing, to name a few. She also teaches and leads workshops on writing and publishing. Addicted to writing, Rosa is working on several projects, including a non-fiction book on South Florida that blends memoir and history. With a degree in Automotive Technology, she adores writing and editing, as well as fixing cars. Rosa currently divides her time between South Florida and Pennsylvania, and enjoys running and hiking. She is a proud member of the Editorial Freelancers Association.
